SUNDAY, JUNE 16 AT 21:00 CEST | BROOKLYN VIBES

Brooklyn Vibes documents artists who are part of the thriving Brooklyn creative scene. The famous New York borough is a melting pot for talent, which includes soul singer Charles Bradley, 62, who's musical success came later in life. Before joining the record company Job Corps, he was homeless. Another musician, Justine D, who is a DJ at night and baker during the day, also embodies the overall atmosphere of Brooklyn. The documentary also features Nicky Fingaz, a 16-year-old student at the Brooklyn High School of the Arts, a singer and guitar player who loves the creative energy in Williamsburg’s neighbourhood of Brooklyn.

SUNDAY, JUNE 30 AT 21:00 CEST | MOTOR MUSIC JAZZ: MIKE DEL FERRO & DAVID LINX

The MotorMusic Jazz Sessions filmed in MotorMusic Studios in Mechelen, Belgium, attract many great jazz musicians. A wide variety of visiting international jazz musicians share their passion for the music while performing some of the most original music within the European, as well as the global, jazz scene. Belgium singer David Linx and Dutch pianist Mike del Ferro’s distinctive voices are expressed through polyphonic contemporary musical pieces, inspired by their travels and music tours. The performance exemplifies European jazz.
