JAZZAHEAD! 2026 COUNTDOWN

From April 23 to 25, 2026, annual trade fair and festival jazzahead! is taking place in the German city of Bremen. jazzahead! brings together musicians, bookers, agents, organizers, jazz experts, and music enthusiasts at the world’s largest jazz event. In 2026, jazzahead! pays special attention to the jazz scenes of Sweden and Germany, and invites about forty jazz acts from all over the world to perform over the course of three days. Beginning 23 days before jazzahead! 2026, Stingray DJAZZ presents a daily countdown broadcast of jazzahead! showcases from 2025 at 14:00, featuring bands from South Africa, Brazil, Cuba, Turkey, Germany, France, and Sweden, as well as some particularly noteworthy artists from other countries.
