DJAZZ PRESENTS: INJAZZ 2019

Stingray DJAZZ presents its new series inJazz 2019 every Friday throughout February at 19:00 CET. Jazz festival slash conference inJazz brings together the supply and demand sides of the Dutch jazz scene, helping artists share knowledge and experiences and stimulating the development of international relationships. The conference program includes inspiring panel discussions, workshops, networking sessions and presentations. During the night, promising Dutch jazz acts as well as more seasoned groups hit the stage to show what they are capable of.

Daahoud Salim and his group have already performed at major stages and festivals in Europe. They have won several impressive European jazz awards in 2016 and 2017.

GUY SALOMON GROUP

The Guy Salamon Group is an Amsterdam-based multi-international band led by Israeli drummer/composer Guy Salamon. The band plays a highly expressive and energetic set of original compositions.

The band LoLanders consists of six musical friends and individuals who play inspired new music that combines the passion and traditions of Scotland and the Highlands with an Asian sensibility and the cool wit and invention of the Netherlands’ finest.

MATTEO MYDERWYK

Matteo Myderwyk is a 28-year-old Amsterdam-based pianist. He completed his master degree in piano classical and improvised music at Fontys Conservatorium Tilburg in the Netherlands. He took classes with Harmen Fraanje and Rembrandt Frerichs.
