Like every month, Editor’s Choice presents a hand-picked favorite of Stingray DJAZZ's editor-in-chief, Karen van der Stal. This month's choice – a Stingray DJAZZ premiere! – fell on French pianist Amaury Faye, who performed with his trio at Jazz à Vienne in 2017. Ever since 1981, this prestigious jazz festival has attracted a mix of jazz legends and exciting newcomers, with many of them playing return engagements.
